Full Moon Experience
Gathering with art, restorative yoga and connection.

*Please read below for a few disclaimers;) what to bring and small fee for art supplies.* “And the moon said to me…you do not need to be whole in order to shine.” 🌙FULL MOON EXPERIENCE🌙 November 15th 7:00-9:00pm @Cold Springs Ranch Clubhouse 700 N Old Ranch Rd, Lehi, UT 84043 I'd love for you to gather with us for a beautiful night of watercolor art, restorative prop yoga and learning from one of our constants-the moon. 🌙 We can learn from the phases of the moon on how to step into intention and healing. We will begin our Full Moon Experience with painting a full moon with watercolors, using the wet-on-wet technique. 🌙 As our watercolors are drying we will rest and heal with restorative prop yoga* to calm the mind and body while weaving intentional thoughts throughout. 🌙 This event is for any level of artist and safe for ALL bodies who can get up and down on the floor. This is an event for those who identify as a woman. And due to the nature of the event, please no babes or children. 🌙 *Yin Yoga (Restorative Prop) is a slower practice where poses are passively held for longer and with the aid of yoga props. It works on the deep, dense connective tissues and joints in the body, brings balance to the mind and body and reduces stress and anxiety. *Ok. Ha ha. I am NOT an artist. But learned this from a friend of mine and it is not too difficult. Hopefully. We will learn together.🤪 I will have my kettle and herbal teas, please bring a baked good to share. I will also bring all my yoga props- mats, bolsters and blocks. I have enough for 12 people total. We may have more than this. So if you have any yoga props above please bring them. Even a blanket and couch cushion works. Please pay the small fee by clicking "Offline Payment" through my Venmo @Crystal-Lyon to help pay for art supplies.

Cancellation Policy
Class sizes are limited and fill quickly. A class may be cancelled if enrollment is inadequate, but we will make every effort to reschedule you or return your total fee. Thank you for being mindful of our time as a business. Yoga Classes - No refunds on yoga classes. You can reschedule yoga classes 1 hour before the start time of your booking-after that no changes are allowed. HypnoBirthing- Book today to hold your spot. Pre-registration with a non-refundable payment of $100 is required for all classes. If you need to forfeit your spot, you can receive up to an 80 percent refund on the "remaining balance" ( if you notify us at least seven days prior to the class starting.) After the 7 days there are no refunds. A 20 percent processing fee is deducted with your refund if you pay with credit card. Thank you!
